Ideally, a liquid diet should be done under the supervision of a qualified doctor. Of course, this isn't going to be the case 90% of the time, so you have to make your own determinations. A wedding is a celebration that everyone should look forward to. And with so much planning that goes into your wedding, you will want it to be perfect. Including how you look.
It's not surprising that people will go to great lengths to alter their appearance for their wedding. After all, a wedding signifies the beginning of a new chapter in your life. So why not begin this time looking and feeling your best. Unfortunately, it's sad to say that many people rely on quick fixes that are not sustainable (or healthy) to drop the weight fast. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Often times people mistake hunger for thirst. And as a result, they consume unnecessary calories when a glass of water would satisfy their cravings. Not only will drinking more water help you eat less food, but it can also help you flush excess toxins out of your body. Recent studies have also shown that drinking water can also help you burn more calories. To make sure you are drinking plenty of water, carry a water bottle with you throughout the day. Also try having a glass of water before each meal. This will help fill up your stomach can help you fight off the urge to get a second helping at dinner time.
Schedule your exercise. Too often people have good intentions to exercise, but never make the time to do it. A simple solution to this problem is to make an appointment to exercise each day. If your work schedule is fairly consistent, plan out your week in advance and pencil in about an hour a day for exercise. Maybe, it's walking with your friends. If you already have a gym membership, take advantage of it. You've been taught about building up your immune system and you obeyed. When you knew the right course of action, you took it. You are trying to do what's right. When a diet is focused on calorie counting, simply cutting the number of calories cuts the intake of energy, and the body adjusts itself to burn less energy.
