It's really hard to eliminate the bad foods and eat only the good foods, but if you don't do it, it won't work. You don't have to completely eliminating the bad foods, but you need to keep them to a minimum and only have them every once in a while.
One of the hardest things for people to decide when they need to lose weight is should they go on a diet or change their eating habits and eat right? It's not an easy decision to make, but it's one you must determine or you'll find you won't lose weight. You may have to try several different things before you find the right one, but once you do, you need to stay with it.
